Executive Summary

Athens Ocean city, located in Bangkok, Thailand will be one of the largest Yacht City and Water World complexes and sea resorts in the world. The project has been designed to appeal to the traditional tourism industry which has been steadily increasing every year and has become one of the top-ranked revenue producing industries of the Nation.

The project is located in an area of approximately 1,328 Hectares, south of Bangkok and next to the Gulf of Thailand. Around one-sixth of the land is exposed to the sea. The area is not far from the new Suvannaphum Airport, the MRTA mass transit system and the well-known recreational resources of Pattaya and Hua Hin.
